Playball offers a multi-skill physical development programme aimed at children aged between 2 and 9. The programme was developed over 25 years ago and is constantly reviewed and updated by a team of teachers, physical therapists and sports coaches. All our coaches are highly qualified and attend regular seminars and re-training workshops.
Our aim is to encourage confident sports participation in a fun and safe environment (all coaches fully insured and Garda vetted).
Classes are taught in an organised and structured manner. The physical and social benefits are huge: development of physical strength, balance, co-ordination, motivation and spatial awareness together with increased concentration and confidence.
Class sizes are small and programmes are specifically designed for the individual age groups. Programmes available for children aged 2-9 years.
We find that children who attend Playball display:
increased confidence and independence
motivation to want to succeed
persistence and courage to keep on trying
a mature attitude to both winning and handling disappointment
the ability to take part in, not just one, but multiple sports
a love for physical activity and sport

Dear Parents
Welcome back everyone! We are into our second term, term 1 has gone very well and it is great to see the children progress as the weeks go on. All children will bring home a written report at the end of the term (March 16th) to keep you informed of their achievements during the first two terms.
All fees for this term, are now due, please return payment in envelopes provided for your convenience. Additional envelopes are available from your school or by calling me on the number below. We have limited spaces in some classes so please contact me directly for further information. We have classes for 2 to 4½ yr olds running in centres in Rathfarnham and Lambs Cross too, Mondays and Thursdays. New classes soon in Belarmine, please contact me for more information.
It is with regret that we say goodbye to Sandra, who is emigrating with her family to Australia in a few weeks. We'd like to wish her the very best of luck and let her know she'll be missed.
